Wave

Meditation has never been more mainstream. But none of the big apps were speaking to a young, diverse, and culturally-connected generation. So in July of 2019, we started our own. WAVE is a music-driven practice featuring traditional guided meditations remixed with Roland 808 drum machines, eclectic voices, and vibration technology.

Meditation is no longer just for Tibetan monks and vegan gurus. Everyone from Kendrick Lamar to the kids in LeBron James’ “I Promise” School practice mindfulness. But all the big apps like Headspace and Calm feel antiquated and uncool.

That’s why we started Wave — an immersive music-driven guided meditation practice.

We designed a cushion that vibrates to the music, making it easier to stay present. We work with progressive teachers to craft guided meditations that keep it real and relatable. And we compose cinematic Stranger Things-meets-Kanye West soundscapes to score original meditation tracks.

No budget. No time. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to make my directorial debut. Enjoy.

Keep It Moving

As part of Smirnoff’s on-going global effort to support inclusivity, we crafted a campaign around two inspiring humans who break down the social barriers of disability and ageism with their hip shakes, stanky legs and two-steps.

Hermi & Hero, twin sisters and aspiring dancers, gave us an unscripted perspective into how deaf people experience music.

Marcus

It’s time to end America’s money shame. To empower regular grown men and women to look at their bank statements with pride. And to give everyday folks the super-charged self-confidence needed to sing silly songs out loud about their savings rates. When Marcus and Goldman Sachs got your back, You Can Money.

What’s It Gonna Take?

What’s It Gonna Take to get Samsung and Apple loyalists to switch to the new LG G7? Probably nothing. But we decided to get borderline desperate to try and find out.

We launched with the feature-specific films above.

Then we dropped this anthem film to kick off a social activation that challenged people to tell us #WhatsItGonnaTake to switch.

We responded to over 200 submissions with surprising gifts and experiences to hold them to their promise.

Seamless

Nobody moved to New York City to stuff mushrooms in their tiny kitchens. Hell, they're lucky if they even have a kitchen. Seamless is how New York Eats.

New Era

The 59Fifty AC cap represents more than city or team pride. This one cap is worn by players on the field, rappers on the stage, and kids on the street. These threads, stitches and crowns are a symbol of common ground in a time when there’s a lot more than sports dividing us.

Grandma’s House

Kids hate visiting grandma's house for the holidays ‘cuz it's a technological black hole. We found evidence on Twitter. So we hooked up one real grandma's house with new Xfinity gear to prove how technology can bring generations closer together.

There’s nothing worse than getting a real family of non-actors to perform on-camera. But there’s also nothing more endearing.

Japanese
Dancehall

Jamaican dancehall is an underground scene in Japan. But this culture-clash brings many long-standing social tensions within Japanese society to light. This is the story of how how dutty wines, open minds, sweaty dance floors, and some Smirnoff drinks can bridge cultural divides.

We brought two of Kingston’s top dancehall queens to Tokyo and linked them up with Japan’s best dancers. It was lit. Here’s two of the many real stories we documented.

Norelco

Manscaping requires precision and control. Norelco electric body groomers give guys the power to safely trim everywhere. And when a guy's man-fur looks tight, self-confidence skyrockets to ridiculous heights.
